Use the release only when its draft-only boundary fits the workflow.
Draft tool
PermitDraft produces an early-stage internal worksheet. Features and availability can change or stop, and no uptime, backup, recovery, or response-time guarantee is offered.
Not a permit drawing
The output is not a survey, site plan, construction drawing, code determination, engineering document, permit application, filing service, approval, or guarantee. PermitDraft does not determine the Austin sign district, numeric allowance, exemptions, overlays, or site-specific requirements.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for field measurements, property/site data, sign design, licensed review, city requirements, authorized data, originals, backups, and the final documents submitted.
Price hypothesis
The founder pilot tests $79 for one assisted draft. A request does not accept work, create an invoice, start a subscription, or charge a card. Scope and payment terms must be agreed separately.
Acceptable use
Do not use the tool to probe other users, submit unlawful or malicious content, or represent the draft as city-approved or submission-ready.
