PermitDraft does not advertise a staffed public inbox or response-time SLA. Approved pilots use the founder channel established during scope review.
Draft generation problem
- Keep the original field notes; PermitDraft does not save the public draft input.
- Record the browser, UTC time, page, and visible error without client-sensitive data.
- Check `/health`; it proves only that the web process responds.
- Never submit the generated PDF as-is; it is watermarked and does not determine the Austin sign district, numeric allowance, exemptions, overlays, or site-specific requirements.
Security concern
Stop using the service if a draft contains information you did not enter or another shop's data appears. Report only the URL and time through the founder channel; do not open or redistribute unexpected data.
Current file behavior
The public founder release accepts structured text and numbers only. It does not accept uploads, save the generated job, or create an account.
